A Quality Air-management system that provides An Overhead Laminar Airflow with positive pressure system like conventional air handling unit.

As the system is switched On', the air from the OT is sucked through Return Air Rise and delivered to t he Air Handling Unit.The AHU pre-filters the air to 10 & 5 micron, kills the micro-organisms throught UV radiation, further cools the air and blows it into the plenum which has Hepa Filters of 0.3 micron. This germ free air is delivered on and around the table with a continuous downward air flow.When the system is 'On , outside contaminated air cannot seep into the OT due to the positive pressure created inside by the PPS incorporated in the system. Therefore if the door is opened and closed when required at the time of procedure, the air from inside will always travel outside. This will help to retain very high level of purity in the OT atmosphere at the time of surgery. Remote Control switches are provided for I On I / I Off I and other functions.
Modular wall panel & ceiling panel is sandwich type panel made out of Gl powder coated sheet on both side / PPGI sheet on both side / one side PPGI & other side SS 304 sheet with puff (polyurethane foam) as in-filled.
